Thalassa
Born to a Spanish, French, and Hong Kong heritage, Thalassa is a Bangkok-based singer-songwriter whose artistry is shaped by a lifelong connection to music.
She began studying classical music and opera at the age of four before developing her own sound. Her music blends indie pop with synth-driven alternative textures, creating a sound that feels both warm and nostalgic. Her songs move between intimate vocals, layered synths, and melodic harmonies, balancing a radiant pop sensibility with the emotional weight of longing, self-discovery, and growing up.
Thalassa first gained international attention with her debut single, Hey Girl (2020), which received international coverage and a 7-inch vinyl release in Japan. After a three-year hiatus, she returned independently with Good Boys (2025), followed by Rainy Day in Springtime and Terremoto (2026). Her return marks a new chapter defined by creative freedom and artistic growth, as she continues to explore the contradictions of love, identity, and growing up through music that feels timeless yet distinctly her own.
