Growing up on the eastern coastline, with the mountains flowing in my veins, I'm Chih-Chih,Chih-Yin Kuo from from Taitung's Ami's tribe. The mountains and the ocean inspire my songwriting,and with a single acoustic guitar, I integrate my native Amis language into songs that reflect the image of my homeland. In my music, you can hear the rythm leaping off my fingertips as I play the guitar. My style can shift from folk to african rhythmic elements, with a robust and uninhibited vocal expression. I also showcase inprovisational performances at times, making each show a unique experience.
