Formed in Tokyo in 2014, Mime is a four-piece band consisting of Hikari (vo), Hayato Uchino (gt), Kunihiko Kondo (key), and TiMT (ds, prod).
Rooted in R&B and soul, their sound blends elements of jazz, folk, and ambient — reflecting each member’s deep musical sensibilities — and distills them into a unique form of indie R&B.
Their music combines groovy yet dreamy tracks with Hikari’s cool and graceful vocals, inviting listeners into the world of Mime.
